This Cookie Policy explains how Coastline Commerce Co. LLC (“Coastline,” “we” or “us”) uses cookies and similar technologies on realstream.ai and in the Realstream app at app.realstream.ai. It adds detail to our Privacy Policy.
1. What cookies are
A cookie is a small text file a website stores in your browser so it can recognize the browser on a later visit. Local storage is a similar feature that lets a site keep small settings in your browser. In this policy, “cookies” covers both.
2. Our approach
We use only cookies that are strictly necessary: to sign you in, to keep your account and our Service secure, and to remember settings you choose in the app. We do not use analytics cookies, advertising cookies or cookies that track you across other websites. Because every cookie we use is needed for the Service you ask for, we do not ask you to accept them in a banner.
3. Cookies we use
Sign-in and security cookies are set on realstream.ai and app.realstream.ai, including on the sign-in page.

A cookie name ending in * is set with a short code in place of the *, which ties it to our sign-in service.
App cookies are set only on app.realstream.ai.

4. Local storage
- Clerk keeps its sign-in settings and the results of its bot checks in your browser’s local storage, under names that begin with “__clerk”.
- The Realstream app remembers whether you chose the light or dark theme, under the name “hq-theme”.
5. Page statistics without cookies
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views and measure how quickly our pages load. It does not set cookies or store anything in your browser, and we see only totals, not individual visitors.
6. Controlling cookies
You can block or delete cookies in your browser’s settings. In most browsers you will find these controls under Settings, then Privacy or Privacy and Security, where you can clear existing cookies and block them for all sites or only for the sites you choose. Your browser’s help pages explain the exact steps.
If you block cookies for realstream.ai, you can still read our website, but you will not be able to sign in or use the Realstream app, because signing in depends on the cookies listed above. Clearing them signs you out.
7. Changes to this policy
If we add, remove or change a cookie, we will update this page and the date at the top. If we ever start using cookies that are not strictly necessary, we will ask for your consent where the law requires it before we set them.
